Provincial resources rely on the relevant disciplines of Guangxi University, dual culture the master degree candidates majoring in microbiology, biochemistry and molecular biology, genetics and so on. The research direction involves the innovation, identification and utilization of plants and microbial resources. The key research is to separate, clone and molecular breed of rice, soybean and cotton functional genes; collect and identify the Bacillus thuringiensis resource, analyze the cloning, expression and functional of Bt toxin protein gene, providing the genetic resources and technology platform for the development of engineering bacteria and transgenic plants.
